Processing & Shipping
- Order are typically shipped in 1- 3 business days (depending on selected shipping method) after orders are processed.
- 2-day shipping and expedited shipping costs will be calculated at check out.
- A customer service representative can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org, M-F 9am - 6 pm (excluding holidays).
Returns Policy Guidelines
- Email: email@example.com (subject line: RMA) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the invoice generated date.
- Place the products inside a shipping envelope and mail it the following address: ShipMonk Fulfillment Center / Attn: Time’s Up Returns 3524 N Mike Daley Dr, San Bernardino, CA 92407. Return shipping will not be refunded.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense). Returns must be received within 45 days of the invoice generated date.
- Only items that are new and unused with tags and original packaging will be accepted.
- Purchases that meet the above Return Policy Guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
